Class A Membership Qualification: Open to all RCMP Regular Members active at the time the mandates were introduced in 2021/2022 including:

• Placed on LWOP;

• Had their employment terminated;

• Attested and sought and/or received an accommodation;

• Attested and was denied a religious or medical exemption;

• Choose to retire early;

• Placed onto sick leave as a result of the mandates;

• Felt coerced into taking the vaccines to remain on payroll; and

• Returned to work once the mandates were lifted. 

Who does not Qualify: 

• Non-RCMP members;

• RCMP members who retired or discontinued employment with the RCMP prior to the mandates coming into effect. 

Benefits: 

• Voting Rights at meetings;

• The right to evidence submission to build a legal campaign;

• Each evidence submission is evaluated and voted on by Class A members;

• Access to monthly meetings.

Class B Membership Qualification: Open to all RCMP Regular Members and Non RCMP Members

• Have agreed with and are adhering to the terms and conditions (here)

• Every member must uphold the constitution of the Association and must comply with these Bylaws. 

• Have paid the enrolment fee each year; and

• Have completed the online registration
